- Local taxes of RM 10–13 per night are paid directly at the hotel front desk on check-in; the Johor state levy of RM 3 per night may not be charged, depending on the hotel. Check-in 15:00 / check-out 12:00. The property is entirely non-smoking.
- There are few three-bedroom units, so allocation may not be possible in some seasons.

Accommodation is costed separately from tuition, but the booking deposit is paid together with it.

The confirmed booking deposit is paid together with your course fee — Fraser Place Puteri Harbour · Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove RM 3,000, Carnelian Tower KRW 500,000. It is credited against the accommodation cost and refunded in full if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it.

The remaining cost
Fraser Place Puteri Harbour · Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove — the balance is transferred directly to the hotel at least 30 days before check-in, and is refundable only within 24 hours of the transfer. Carnelian Tower — the balance is paid in full one month before the course starts.

At check-in
Carnelian Tower takes a RM 500 deposit locally, returned when you check out. The other two take no deposit.
The course registration fee (RM 500) and the accommodation deposit (RM 500) are two different costs. The registration fee confirms your application and is never refunded; the deposit is paid to the residence on move-in and returned when you leave.
Cancellation and refunds
The booking deposit is refunded in full if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it, and is not refunded after that. Refunds of the remaining accommodation cost and the move-out terms follow each residence's own policy; the school books the room and passes on the payment.

Arrival and check-in
Check-in is from 15:00. This is when you confirm the shuttle stop and times and your cleaning day.
- Week 2
Settling into a rhythm
Cleaning and linen changes fall on set days. If your room includes breakfast, it helps to confirm the headcount and serving times now.
- Week 3
Making use of weekends
Legoland, Marina Walk and the ferry terminal are all close, so weekends can be planned around the residence.
- Week 4
Settling up and checking out
Check-out is 12:00. Residences holding a deposit settle it then, along with anything paid on site.

Is breakfast included?
Fraser Place includes breakfast for a set number of adults and children per room type (Swatches buffet, level 2, 06:30–10:30). Fraser Place is the only residence with breakfast included — Dao by Dorsett and Carnelian Tower do not include it.
What if we exceed the included breakfast headcount?
At Fraser Place it is RM 55 per adult and RM 35 per child aged 4–11, paid on site.
Are we billed separately for electricity?
Fraser Place and Dao by Dorsett include utilities in full. Carnelian Tower charges extra for electricity and water above the standard allowance.
Is the shuttle included?

Is the confirmed booking deposit refundable?
Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it — then it is returned in full. After those 24 hours it is not returned, though it is still credited against the total accommodation cost.

Are utilities included in the rate?
At Carnelian Tower electricity and water are included, with weekly cleaning and a bed-linen change. At the Standard Residence you pay utilities directly based on usage, and cleaning is monthly.
Is there anything to pay on arrival?
There is a RM 300 move-in setup fee and a RM 500 deposit, the same at both residences. The setup fee covers bedding preparation and the move-in clean; it is billed on your invoice, paid before you travel, and is non-refundable. The deposit is paid at the residence on move-in and returned when you move out — it is the only cash you pay there.
Are meals provided?
No. Carnelian Tower provides kitchenware; the Standard Residence does not.
Do men and women share accommodation?
No. These residences are for adult students only and men and women are separated by building, floor and room. Minors cannot stay without an accompanying adult.
How do I get to campus?
Carnelian Tower is within walking distance of the school and the duty-free mall. From the Standard Residence, students registered at the EduCity campus get one school pick-up and one drop-off each day.
How long does the Carnelian Tower discount last?
It's allocated first-come and ends once filled. The pre-discount price is shown struck through in the rate table.
When do I pay for accommodation?

Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it — then it is returned in full. After those 24 hours it is not returned, though it is still credited against the total accommodation cost.
