Living at MEC
Most families stay in Iskandar Puteri's Medini & Puteri Harbour area or in Forest City — a safe, planned coastal district about 15–25 minutes from the Singapore Second Link. Our three representative residences include the campus shuttle; individually-booked stays (e.g. Airbnb) can add a paid shuttle.

Campus shuttle included
The three representative residences include a home–campus shuttle timed to class. R&F and Forest City residences commute to the EduCity campus; Fraser Place commutes to the Forest City campus. Individually-booked stays can request a paid shuttle.

Hotel-style residences check in at the front desk; serviced apartments are guided by the manager on WhatsApp.
Serviced apartments contact you before arrival with a check-in manual. A refundable deposit is paid on site (cash recommended).

Utilities
Electricity and water are included up to a fair-use cap; hotel-style stays have no cap.
Housekeeping
Cleaning and linen change follow a set weekly schedule (varies by residence).

- Comfortable for streaming and video calls; every unit has Wi-Fi.
- Can individually-booked stays use the shuttle?
- Yes — a paid shuttle can be requested. Ask us for routes and timing.
