The question you'll be asked most. This is a summary — send the official page alongside it.
- · The RM 500 registration fee is separate from tuition and is never refunded.
- · Tuition refunds are counted back from the start date — 100% at 28+ days, 70% at 27–15 days, 50% at 14–8 days, nothing within 7 days or after the course starts.
- · The accommodation confirmation deposit (RM 1,500 for the residences MEC bills, RM 3,000 for the hotels) is refundable only within 24 hours of payment; the stay itself is 100% at 30+ days before check-in, 70% at 29–15 days, nothing within 14 days.
- · Fraser Place and Dao by Dorsett take the balance by direct transfer to the hotel at least 30 days before check-in, and it is refundable only within 24 hours of the transfer — please raise this at the enquiry stage.
The binding terms are the ones the student accepts when applying. All cancellations and changes must be submitted on the official written form, and the English text prevails.
Getting into your dashboard
Where you check student progress, payments and settlements. There is no password.

Sign in by email
Enter your registered email address on the agency portal and a sign-in link is emailed to you. Click it and you're in — nothing to create or remember.

Find your link on the first screen
The 'apply link' card holds your code, the student application link and a QR code. That code is what you enter at the top of this page.

Track your students
The roster has three tabs — active/upcoming, finished, all. Each row shows the application stage, start date and payment status.

Check payments and settlement
Invoices, payment history and the commission settlement summary are shown together. Need a correction? Send a change request.
